Worship Choir The Worship Choir provides leadership in Sunday morning worship services throughout most of the year. The choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings from 6:45—8:15 PM and sings in the 8:45 and 11:00 AM services on Sundays.
The choir is made up of adults (college age & up) who enjoy singing a wide variety of music that includes hymn arrangements, contemporary Christian songs, classical church repertoire and seasonal music. In addition to the weekly commitments, the Worship Choir provides seasonal concerts at Christmas and other special occasions. One does not have to read music to participate, but choir members need to be able to sing a part on pitch. No audition is necessary, but an interview with the Worship Minister is recommended.
T3CPO T3CPO is the name given to our church orchestra which formed in the Autumn of 2004. The name stands for Tates Creek Christian Church Praise Orchestra. T3CPO rehearses on Monday evenings from 6:30—8:00 PM and plays in Sunday worship services approximately one time per month. The orchestra also accompanies the Worship Choir for seasonal concerts. The orchestra is open to ages Middle School through adult. All instrumentalists must read music and be able to play music of at least medium difficulty.
Rejoicing Ringers Our handbell choir rehearses on Sunday evenings from 5:30—6:25 PM. The choir rings at both Sunday morning services approximately one time per month. The choir is open to youth and adults.
	It is not necessary to read music, but it is helpful. Rejoicing Ringers are enjoying a 4th octave of bells recently donated.
Children Choir We currently offer two children’s choirs which are graded by age and school year. Rehearsals are held on Sundays from 5:30—6:30 PM.
	The CIA Choir involves children ages 4, 5 and Kindergarten. This choir sings age-appropriate songs and participates in learning activities and Bible stories. They sing occasionally in the adult worship services and for seasonal concerts.
The Voices of Praise choir is open to children in Grades one through five. This choir sings approximately one time per month during the school year and presents seasonal and special concerts.
Worship Teams Team members lead worship in our Blended service at 11:00 AM each Sunday. We currently have two teams, which rotate serving on a monthly basis. Teams rehearse on Wednesday evenings from 5:30—6:15PM. The team consists of singers and instrumentalists. An audition with the Worship Minister is required.
Other Opportunities In addition to the areas of service featured inside this brochure, we are developing other ways to serve through drama, readings, set-building, costume design/making, etc. Please watch our publications for future developments in these areas.
Multimedia We have several people involved in providing sound, PowerPoint and other types of media for Sunday services. We are always looking for capable people who will commit to serving in this important area for worship. If interested please contact the Worship Minister.
