Tates Creek Christian Church exists to win people to Christ (evangelism), build up believers in faith, knowledge and service (encouragement), to help those in need (benevolence) and to stand up for Christian values in the community (witness). As a non-denominational church, TCCC believes...

The Bible to be divinely inspired, inerrant, and our only authority for faith and the Christian life. (2 Timothy 3:16-17).

All have sinned against God and are without hope apart from Jesus Christ (Romans 3:23, 6:23).

Jesus Christ was virgin-born, sinless, died on the cross for our sins, was raised from the dead on the third day, and is coming again. (Matthew 1:18, Hebrews 4:15, 1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John 14:3).

Salvation is a free gift, bestowed by God's grace and received by obedient faith. (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Immersion in water of a professed believer is a Bible baptism, (Acts 2:38, 8:4-39) and such baptism is symbolic of Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. (Romans 6:3-5).

A believer's salvation is secured by Christ alone. (John 10:27-28).

The church is the bride of Christ, and the body of Christ. (Ephesians 5:25-33; 1 Corinthians 12).

The church is locally led by godly men known as Elders (Titus 1:5) and supported through service by Deacons.

The purpose of the church on earth is to fulfill the last command of Jesus. (Matthew 28:18-20).

Christians are each given special talents with which they can use to serve the church. (Ephesians 4:12, 1 Peter 4:10).

The Holy Spirit, whom every believer receives at repentance and baptism, leads and guides us (Acts 2:38, Ephesians 1:13-14).
